E Learning and E Conversation

The UMaine Center on Aging Online Continuing Education Programs are sponsored and delivered by the Center on Aging.

Lauren E. Storck, Ph.D., Online Consultant and Facilitator, created the continuing education online program for the Center on Aging in the Fall of 2005, and her Caregiving-online services have donated partial resources to the program. Dr.Storck consults with organizations globally for online communications and community-building. This program for the Center on Aging uses "open source" software called "moodle." Jennifer Crittenden, Center on Aging, UMaine also creates and posts courses on this site. She and the Center on Aging are responsible for all e-events created by her and the Center on Aging.
